Job summary

A leading travel company in Singapore is seeking individuals for roles involving day-to-day operations and tour management. Candidates should possess strong communication abilities and experience in the travel industry is advantageous. Responsibilities include data entry, promoting services, supporting overseas agents, and organizing tours. A minimum GCE O-Level or Polytechnic Diploma is required. Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Some related experience in a similar capacity or industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Attending to day-to-day operations such as file/telephone handling.
  • Inputting booking data into computer system.
  • Assisting the Leisure team in promoting our products/services.
  • Supporting overseas agents with tourist information.
  • Developing unique tour itineraries.
  • Maintaining knowledge of attractions and arranging guided tours.
  • Planning and organizing all required ground arrangements.
  • Managing customer services whilst passengers are in Singapore.
  • Building relationships with key industry partners.

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Attending to day-to-day operations such as file/telephone handling and scheduling preparation.
  • Inputting booking data into computer system.
  • Assisting the Leisure team in promoting our products/services.
  • Supporting our overseas agents/principals with aspects such as offering info to tourists.
  • Developing interesting and unique tour itineraries and educating agents on places of interest.
  • Maintaining knowledge of attractions and arranging guided tours.
  • Planning, organizing, quoting and booking all required ground arrangements.
  • Managing customer services whilst passengers are in Singapore.
  • Building relationships with our principals/agents and key industry partners.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Singapore citizen
  • Minimum GCE O-Level or Polytechnic Diploma
  • Strong communication skills in both oral and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • A team player and able to work independently
  • Some related experience in a similar capacity or industry is an advantage.
