About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the President, APAC of a well-established multinational company in the consumer electronics and kitchen tools space. This is a high-volume, high-stakes role supporting the most senior leader in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-spectrum executive support to the President, APAC
  • Manage an extremely packed and dynamic calendar, balancing regional and global priorities
  • Coordinate complex APAC and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Liaise confidently with senior internal stakeholders, regional leaders, and external partners
  • Prepare and manage meeting materials, presentations, and confidential documentation
  • Anticipate priorities, manage last‑minute changes, and act as a trusted gatekeeper to the President
  • Support regional meetings, leadership offsites, and cross‑border engagements
  • Handle ad‑hoc executive and business support as required
Must-Have Requirements
  • Prior experience supporting C‑suite / President / Regional Head in an MNC (non‑banking) environment
  • Experience in a similar scale of business (e.g. consumer products, electronics, manufacturing, trading, FMCG)
  • Strong understanding of how C‑suite leaders operate and the business impact of their schedules and priorities
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume workload and constant stakeholder demands
  • Comfortable with frequent travel coordination across APAC
  • Prior experience handling visa applications will be a strong advantage
  • Highly organised, discreet, resilient, and able to work under pressure
