Job summary

A dynamic event production company in Singapore is looking for an Event Executive to plan and execute live events. You will collaborate with clients and vendors to bring creative concepts to life and have the opportunity to build a portfolio with major malls and brands. We’re Hiring: Event Executive (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Turn ideas into reality — plan, coordinate, and execute exciting live events.
• Work closely with clients and vendors to bring creative concepts to life.
• Assist in brainstorming, proposal writing, budgeting, and event logistics.
• Be part of the action — from setup to event day operations.
• Contribute to post-event wrap-ups and campaign reporting.

Every project is different — one week you might be planning a family day carnival, the next you’re setting up a pop-up activation in a mall atrium.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Passion for creating interactive, family-friendly, and lifestyle experiences.
• A team player who is organised, creative, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work on weekends during event days (off-days provided).
