Local Team Expansion

We are expanding our local Singapore team and are looking for talented professionals across multiple disciplines to join our growing renewable energy projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Civil/Structural Engineer

• Lead or support civil and structural design for renewable power plants, energy storage systems, industrial plants, substations, and infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural analysis, foundation design, load assessment, structural framing, and reinforcement detailing.
• Develop and review 2D drawings, 3D models (BIM), and shop drawings in coordination with construction teams.
• Conduct site supervision, quality assurance, and resolve on-site design issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in EPC or consultancy projects (renewable energy/industrial projects preferred).
• Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Singapore building codes, structural standards, and construction practices.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for liaison with China HQ.

2. Electrical Engineer

• Design, review, and oversee electrical systems for renewable energy, energy storage, and industrial projects.
• Prepare electrical schematics, load calculations, and system layouts.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, and project teams to ensure electrical design feasibility and safety compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in EPC projects for renewable energy, energy storage, or industrial systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or similar design software.
• Knowledge of Singapore electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred for liaison with China HQ.

3. Quantity Surveyor (QS)

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for EPC projects.
• Track project costs, manage variations, and ensure cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to monitor financial performance.
• Support contract administration and risk assessment.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in EPC projects, installation projects, preferably renewable energy or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of cost estimation tools, contracts, and Singapore construction regulations.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

4. Safety Officer

• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards on-site and in the office.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections for renewable energy and industrial projects.
• Develop and implement safety programs and training.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction/EPC project safety management.
• Familiarity with Singapore HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills; proactive problem‑solving mindset.
