Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support classroom teachers in facilitating children's learning. Responsibilities include daily routine care, assisting with program preparation, and maintaining relationships with children and parents. Candidates with FECCE certification are preferred.   • Prepare age and developmentally appropriate teaching aids.
  • Evaluate and maintain records of children's development.
  • Render basic first aid as necessary.
  • Responsible for the upkeep of teaching resources, prepare art and craft materials, arrangement, appearance, decorations, and learning environment.
  • Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
  • Maintain and build relationships with children and parents.
  • Participate in parents and community engagement activities.
