Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform duty to manage data centre operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, project rollout and facilities related matters.
  • Maintain and repair of infrastructure systems and all critical facilities equipment
  • Perform preventive and corrective support to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on data centre infrastructure systems, critical facilities equipment and/or services.
  • Ensure all contractors deliver a quality and competent service and all contractual obligations are met. Supervise the vendors to all scheduled and adhoc activities related to data centre facilities
  • Perform data centre and critical facilities work on environmental and management programs
  • Perform assets management duty such as maintaining of inventory, change and control programs and purchase of parts and supplies.
  • Promptly respond and attend to incident and/or emergency situations.
  • Comprehend, analyse and interpret documentation.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience in facilities operations in data centre or 24/7 critical environment management
  • Goal getting, driven, committed, with strong planning and execution capabilities
