Job description

Contractual Position: 11 months
Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and monitoring automation scripts (e.g. using Workato) to streamline data processes.
• Create and enhance dashboards to track registration and engagement trends in the community.
• Maintain and update backend data to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide administrative and logistical support for the division, including:
  Managing certification applications and award processes
  Responding to queries related to Data Protection certifications and programmes
• Supporting ad-hoc tasks as needed

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data modelling.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Power BI)
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. RPA, Workato) and/or data analytics programming (e.g. Python) is preferred.
