Join Our Team as a Customer Engagement Ambassador (Full-Time)

Location: Bukit Timah Plaza, Woodleigh Mall, Seletar Hills

Do you enjoy working with people and creating positive first impressions? We are looking for a Customer Engagement Ambassador to be the welcoming face of our centre. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, organised, and enjoys supporting both parents and children in a learning environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Customer Service & Communication:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for parents and visitors through calls, messages, emails, and walk-ins
    • Follow up on enquiries and prospective leads
    • Support students during arrival, waiting, and dismissal times
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage student enrolments, filing, and documentation
    • Prepare learning materials and assist teachers before and during classes
  • Housekeeping & Safety:
    • Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas during lessons
    • Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly
    • Assist younger students when needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Fluent in spoken English
  • Prior customer service or front-facing experience
  • Friendly, proactive, and well‑organised
