Job summary

A leading laboratory services provider in Singapore is looking for a Medical Technologist to perform laboratory tests and manage specimens. Candidates should have a diploma in biomedical science and preferably some laboratory experience. The role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to changes in staffing needs. Qualifications

• At least Diploma in Biomedical Science/ Molecular or any related course of study.
• Fresh Graduate or at least 1 year of laboratory work experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Candidates with extensive relevant experience in Chemistry & Immunology, Haematology or Molecular Diagnostics will be considered as Senior Medical Technologist.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technical work in the laboratory and manage specimens after tests have been conducted.
• Ensure equipment and inventory are maintained at high quality.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and troubleshoot any test non-compliance.
• Handle phone inquiries, print and pack reports.
