NNIO is a Singapore-born home tech brand built for realhomes: small spaces, humid weather, pets, kids, and everyday mess. We make appliances that look good, work well, and don’t come with the luxury markup. We’re growing fast and retail is a huge part of how people first meet us.
The Role
You’ll sit inside the marketing team and make sure our retail presence is sharp, consistent, and built to drive sell-through. This means equipping our sales team with strong materials, translating campaigns into in-store execution, and coordinating with account managers and promoters so NNIO shows up properly on the ground.
This role is perfect if you like the intersection of brand + retail execution + sales enablement, and you’re the kind of person who follows through until it’s done.
What you’ll do
- Retail activation & promoter enablement
- Coordinate in-store execution: planograms, POSM, displays, demo readiness, campaign rollouts
- Build promoter enablement kits: scripts, FAQs, key selling points, product training decks
- Support retail product launches: sample distribution → listing → display → readiness
- Conduct store visits/audits: compliance, competitor activity, promoter readiness (with account managers)
- Digital campaign execution & optimisation
- Support always-on and campaign pushes across Meta / TikTok / Google
- Coordinate with the designer to brief and ship ad creatives + landing/PDP assets
- Run basic optimisation: creative rotation, audience testing, budget pacing (within approved guardrails)
- Coordinate creator/livestream support (if needed): briefing, content needs, reporting
- Sales enablement & channel marketing (retail + partners)
- Create/update sell sheets, decks, comparison charts, argumentation guides
- Support co-marketing proposals and retailer promo mechanics
- Track competitor pricing/promos and share actionable insights internally
- Reporting & cross-team coordination
- Monthly retail execution + digital performance report (what moved, what didn’t, next steps)
- Ensure timelines are hit: assets, POSM delivery, store rollout, promo go-live
- Maintain an action tracker so issues actually get closed
What success looks like
- Sales team has cleaner, sharper materials
- Retail campaigns land on time with the right POSM in the right stores
- Promoters are aligned on messaging and can sell confidently (even without hand-holding)
- You’ve built a repeatable retail execution rhythm: plan → produce → deploy → audit → improve
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in trade marketing / channel marketing / shopper marketing / retail activation
- Strong coordination skills (vendors, timelines, stores, internal stakeholders)
- Comfortable with retail realities: POSM, planograms, store audits, campaign calendars
- Able to work with data (Excel/Sheets) and produce clear updates + recommendations
Nice-to-haves (not mandatory)
- Consumer electronics / appliances experience
- Familiarity with SG retail chains (Courts / Harvey Norman / Best Denki / Audiohouse etc.)
- Experience translating marketing campaigns into retail execution packs
