Position Summary

This Cabin Attendant will be responsible for delivering and facilitating an outstanding and seamless VVIP experience to all customers on board. Accountable for all aspects of aircraft preparation, catering, cabin appearance and cleanliness, service delivery, and on board equipment and stock.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure cabin safety (FOM) – the safety of passengers and cabin load and galleys, under the overall authority and responsibility of the commander.
  • Act as the link between passengers and flight crew.
  • Provide optimum comfort and service for the company’s customers, shaping the company’s image through courtesy, efficiency, thoughtfulness and ready assistance.
  • Participate in the commander’s cabin crew briefing (FOM) and receive pertinent flight information.
  • Check safety equipment, other equipment and catering equipment, reporting deficiencies to the commander.
  • Conduct prescribed passenger services and fulfill safety‑relevant tasks according to FOM.
  • Ensure proper cleaning of the aircraft’s cabin.
  • Re‑cater for the next flight.
  • Inspect cabin interior and rearrange safety equipment where necessary.
  • Comply with regulations in FOM and the Air Navigation Order (ANO).
  • Represent Jet Aviation as a unified company internally.
Minimum Requirements
  • Experience with private jet – advantage.
  • Extensive Commercial Business Class experience essential; prior experience in Corporate Aviation or First Class an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 consecutive years of work experience with an international airline.

Work Environment

The employee must be able to work in a heavy maintenance environment and upscale customer areas. Noise level is usually moderate with occasional high volume during aircraft arrivals and departures, and vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions. The hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons.
