Work Days: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in managing end‑to‑end purchasing activities — from sourcing and negotiation to ensuring timely delivery — supporting our production and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full purchasing cycle, including sourcing, RFQ, price negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow‑up.
  • Review and process material, component, and equipment purchases driven by MRP requirements.
  • Expedite materials and coordinate with vendors to meet production schedules.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Planning and suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory management, review stocking rules, and execute adjustments periodically.
  • Liaise with logistics providers for shipment arrangements, customs clearance, and delivery tracking.
  • Drive supplier performance in quality, delivery, and cost control.
  • Prepare and process purchasing documentation, including vendor setup, PO/DN/invoice matching, and submission to Finance.
  • Handle RMA/NCT returns to suppliers and follow up on resolutions.
  • Support cost‑reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate and timely weekly and monthly purchasing reports.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • Preferably from a contract manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or supply chain.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Independent, proactive, and analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • SAP knowledge and the ability to analyze Bill of Materials (BOM) will be advantageous.
