BUTCHEY ASSISTANT & DELIVERY
We are looking for a shop admin assistant to help with product development, food preparation and administrative duties.
Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth daily shop operations and always taking care of visual merchandising for best display of products.
- Interact with customers and identify their needs and preferences
- Pleasant, patient, and approachable personality towards walk-in clients and deliver excellent customer services and handle customer enquiries and complaints
- Monitoring customer activities to providing help and suggestions when necessary or asked, informing all clients about ongoing promotions and deals and processing customer orders at cashier’s desk.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked and organized, daily upkeep and maintenance of the shop to ensure cleanliness and tidiness and well arranged
- Preparation of orders for pickup, inventory management, and make order delivery if needed.
- Need to pack for online orders for pickup by customers Co-ordinate delivery with logistics driver
- Handle customer enquiry from phone call, email or FB message.
- Involve Isetan Event preparation, operation.
- Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience in handling POS system, and computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage.
- Min 1 year working in Customer Service/ warehouse/ operation sector is an advantage.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and service oriented & positive attitude
- A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to communicate successfully with customers and senior management. Addressing and resolving customers enquiries/complaints in a professional
- Able to start work within short notice
- Able to communicate in Japanese is an advantage. Chinese speaking is must
- Must have completed Basic Food Hygiene course.
- Manage and maintain sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Have driving license level3 (manual gear).
