Job summary

A leading company in the paper industry is seeking a Sales Manager in Singapore to oversee the sales team and drive performance. This role involves managing key customer accounts, analyzing market trends, and enhancing team capabilities through training. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Marketing or International Trade and at least 2 years in a managerial role within the relevant industry. A competitive salary package along with allowances is offered.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial sales role, preferably in the paper industry.
  • Strong knowledge of thermal paper, NCR paper, and other printing paper products.
  • Excellent analytical skills for sales data interpretation.

Job description

Monday- Friday :8.30am- 5.30pm

Salary: Basic $4500 -$5000 + $800 car allowance +Commission

Working Location:Lentor

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales team, set performance goals, and monitor progress to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of key customer accounts and participate in major negotiations and contract signings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing product and market improvement recommendations.
  • Coordinate internal resources (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Review customer quotations, sales contracts, and accounts receivable, controlling sales costs and risks.
  • Organize sales training to enhance team product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Analyze sales data and performance reports to support management decision-making.
  • Participate in brand promotion and marketing activities to enhance the company’s visibility within the paper industry.
  • Perform other duties assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or above in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
  • With sales experience in the paper or related industries, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of thermal paper, NCR paper, and other printing paper products.
