Job summary

A Singapore-based engineering firm is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller (Plumbing & Sanitary) with at least 3 years of experience in creating and managing BIM models. The ideal candidate will develop accurate 3D models and prepare coordination drawings, working closely with engineers and other trades. The position offers a 5-day work week, travel reimbursement, medical insurance, and a 13th month bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BIM modelling experience in plumbing and sanitary systems/irrigation.
• Proficient in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with Singapore building codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D BIM models for plumbing and sanitary/irrigation systems.
• Prepare coordination drawings and shop drawings for construction.
• Work closely with engineers and consultants to resolve clashes.
