Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a BIM Modeller to design, coordinate, and deliver innovative ACMV systems. You will develop 3D models using Revit/AutoCAD, and work closely with project managers and teams to resolve design issues. Qualifications

• At least 3 years of BIM/Revit experience, preferably in ACMV or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV system layouts, coordination, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM Guidelines and local building codes.

Overview

BIM Modeller (ACMV)

Design. Coordinate. Deliver. Bring ACMV systems to life with precision and innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Use BIM (Revit/AutoCAD) to develop and update detailed 3D models and drawings for ACMV systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to resolve design issues and clashes with other trades (structural, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Prepare and manage technical submissions, shop drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV works.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans, project workflows, and Singapore BIM Guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions accurately to support smooth project delivery.
• Assist in maintaining BIM libraries, standards, and workflow improvements for ACMV projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 3 years of BIM/Revit experience, preferably in ACMV or MEP projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM MEP) software.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV system layouts, coordination, and documentation.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM Guidelines and local building codes.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• A team player with good communication skills, initiative, and a positive mindset.
