Job description
Key responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to Private Wealth Relationship Managers in client service activities.

  • Facilitate client onboarding, including account opening and documentation handling.

  • Monitor client transactions to ensure timely settlement and alignment with credit control and internal policies.

  • Attend to Sales/client queries and review and resolve any issues.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across all departments to support client’s needs efficiently.

  • Manage administrative tasks and assist in any other assignments to support the front office.

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in Banking & Finance or related fields

  • At least 2 years of experience in client servicing within private wealth or private banking industry

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with clients

  • Independent individual with high integrity.

  • Responsible and a strong team player, able to multi-task and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
