A financial services company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated client servicing professional. The role requires supporting Private Wealth Relationship Managers and facilitating client onboarding. Applicants should have a Diploma in Banking & Finance, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask are essential in this fast-paced environment.
Provide day-to-day support to Private Wealth Relationship Managers in client service activities.
Facilitate client onboarding, including account opening and documentation handling.
Monitor client transactions to ensure timely settlement and alignment with credit control and internal policies.
Attend to Sales/client queries and review and resolve any issues.
Liaise with internal stakeholders across all departments to support client’s needs efficiently.
Manage administrative tasks and assist in any other assignments to support the front office.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum Diploma in Banking & Finance or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in client servicing within private wealth or private banking industry
Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required for effective communication with clients
Independent individual with high integrity.
Responsible and a strong team player, able to multi-task and deliver results under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Highly meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
