A luxury hotel group in Singapore is looking for an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager to develop and execute communication strategies aimed at enhancing sales for various services including Rooms, Spa, and Events. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in the hospitality sector and excellent communication skills. This role is pivotal in enhancing the brand's image and driving positive media coverage.

The Assistant Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and leading communications strategies to promote and drive sales of Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford hotels – Rooms, Spa, Weddings, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions), F&B (Food & Beverage), including supporting internal communications and projects for internal stakeholders (engineering, HR, housekeeping, etc), while keeping in line with brand standards, guidelines and objectives.
This will involve proactively initiating communications campaigns, consistently evaluating and optimizing existing communications across all mediums to ensure the right tonality and messaging, making sure the relevant channels are used to target local and international target audience, analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve communication objectives.
This role will support and report to the Director of Marketing Communications., including overseeing/mentoring the Coordinator of Marketing Communications.
We’re seeking a dynamic marketing professional with 5–7 years’ experience in marketing and public relations within travel, hospitality, agency, or marketing roles. The ideal candidate holds a Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Marketing, with excellent English communication skills (a second language is a plus).
