Job description

What The Role Is

You oversee and supervise the implementation of the professional training roadmap for our full-time national servicemen (NSFs) across all vocations, ensuring NSFs are promoted in a timely manner.

What You Will Be Working On

  1. Work with multiple stakeholders on issues regarding NSFs' route of advancement courses.
  2. Collaborate with Training Institutes and units to ensure NSFs are trained according to their vocation, and optimize course subscriptions.
  3. Verify and process submissions for junior ranks promotion for NSFs in accordance with promotion guidelines.
  4. Organize Skillsfuture@NS fairs and workshops, collaborating with units to maximize turnout.
  5. Lead a team of three staff and guide their work.

Challenges

  1. Managing a voluminous workload and ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  2. Recommending process changes aligned with HR transformation while ensuring business continuity.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Education in Human Resource (HR), preferably with IHRP-CP and above certifications.
  2. At least 8 years of HR experience.
  3. Good stakeholder and process management skills.
  4. Meticulous attention to detail.
