Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Vision
- Define and drive the artistic identity and creative direction of the company.
- Oversee all artistic aspects of productions, including visual style, storytelling, and presentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (directors, choreographers, designers, etc.) to maintain creative consistency and quality.
2. Project Development & Production
- Lead the conceptualization and creative development of shows, campaigns, or performances.
- Review and approve creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and design drafts.
- Provide artistic feedback throughout production to ensure the final output aligns with the brand’s vision.
3. Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and inspire creative and production teams to achieve artistic excellence.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, A&R, operations) to align artistic goals with business objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.
4. Brand & Aesthetic Management
- Ensure the company’s visual and artistic identity remains consistent across all platforms and media.
- Supervise creative branding materials, event visuals, and digital content.
- Keep up with global entertainment and art trends to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
5. External Relations & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, creative agencies, and cultural organizations.
- Represent the company at industry events, festivals, and creative collaborations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Fine Arts, Film, Media, Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in creative direction or production within the entertainment, performing arts, or media industry.
- Proven record of delivering high-quality creative projects (e.g., shows, campaigns, music videos, exhibitions, etc.).
- Strong aesthetic judgment, conceptual thinking, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
