Our client is seeking an Area Manager (Chain F&B Kiosk) to join their team!

As an Area Manager, you are the key to driving our retail business strategies with operational excellence to achieve our budgeted results. You'll be a pivotal figure in ensuring customer-centric experiences, boosting sales, and optimizing outlet efficiency. This role offers a dynamic environment where your leadership will make a tangible impact on our success.

Working Day: Required to work on Weekend

Working Hour: 44 hrs/week

Working Location: Required to travel to different outlets depends on the area assigned. (HQ currently at Aljunied, will be moving to Senoko in 3 months time.)

Salary Range: S$3,500-S$4,500

What you'll be doing?

Sales & Operations: Lead and support outlets to meet our business objectives, ensuring consistency in food safety, quality, service, and cleanliness. Review and analyze key metrics to drive operational efficiency.

Customer Experiences: Be the first responder to customer feedback and complaints, championing service excellence through coaching and mentoring.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Environment Management: Keep abreast of trade environment changes, liaising with landlords to ensure smooth outlet operations.

Education: Minimum diploma in business/marketing/management discipline from recognized institutions.
