Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the aquarium retail shop.
• Supervise and guide retail staff, ensuring product knowledge.
• Handle opening and closing duties, cash management, and POS operations.
• Maintain shop presentation, cleanliness, and livestock tanks.
• Monitor livestock wellbeing and coordinate care schedules.
• Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishment.
• Assist customers with aquarium setup advice and recommendations.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support sales promotions and store performance.
