Open Roles & Details:
1. AI & Robotics Education Coach (to become a Teaching Deputy Director or Core staff)
  • Work Type: Full-time / Part-time

  • Salary:

    • Full-time: $4,500 – $9,000/month + performance bonus

    • Part-time: $40 – $160/hour

  • Position & Responsibilities: Curriculum Development, Course Instruction and Client Engagement & Business Development.

    • Co‑develop curriculum and learning materials, adapt and enhance our core curriculum to meet the specific needs of the Singapore market.

    • Coach students for DSA or international competitions (e.g. WRO, NRC, URC, FLL, DJI Robomaster Youth Championship, etc.)

    • Customize instructional content based on student learning styles and skill levels, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.

    • Client Engagement & Business Development: Engage with clients in Singapore through demonstrations and presentations of our curriculum; participate in local tender and bidding processes; maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure our programs remain innovative, aligned with DSA requirements, and competitive in international events.

    • Assist with other operational tasks as required in a dynamic startup environment.

  • We hope you have:

    • Experience in robotics/informatics competitions.

    • Strong background in Computer Science/AI/Robotics related fields, technical skills in Python/C++/Scratch or Robotics (at least good at one or two of them).

    • Fluency in English and a passion for teaching, able to communicate in Mandarin.

2. AI & Robotics Education Coach (to become a Teaching Director or Deputy Director)
  • Work Type: Full-time

  • Salary: $6,000 – $13,000/month + performance share

  • Position & Responsibilities: Curriculum Development, Course Instruction and Client Engagement & Business Development.

    • Lead academic planning & teacher development.

    • Oversee competition strategy & industry collaboration.

    • Shape the educational vision of the academy.

    • Co‑develop curriculum and learning materials, adapt and enhance our core curriculum to meet the specific needs of the Singapore market.

    • Coach students for DSA or international competitions (e.g. WRO, NRC, URC, FLL, DJI Robomaster Youth Championship, etc.)

    • Customize instructional content based on student learning styles and skill levels, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.

    • Client Engagement & Business Development: Engage with clients in Singapore through demonstrations and presentations of our curriculum; participate in local tender and bidding processes; maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure our programs remain innovative, aligned with DSA requirements, and competitive in international events.

    • Assist with other operational tasks as required in a dynamic startup environment.

    • Fluency in English and a passion for teaching, able to communicate in Mandarin.

  • We hope you have:

    • 3‑5+ years teaching/coaching experience in STEM, technical skills in Python/C++/Scratch/Robotics.

    • Passion & Long-Term Mindset: A genuine, sustained interest in teaching and inspiring students in programming and robotics.

  • Experience as competition participant/coach:

    • Skilled in at least one of the following: Scratch, Python, Micro:bit, Lego Robotics, or similar platforms.

    • Proven Track Record: Demonstrable experience in successfully preparing students for or leading teams in at least one of the following: Singapore's DSA, WRO, NRC, URC, DJI Robomaster Youth Championship, or FLL.

    • Proven leadership in educational settings, have good experiences in biddings and pre‑sales.

    • Good at communication with customers.

    • Fluent English; can communicate in Mandarin.

3. AI Education Coach & Marketing (To develop into an AI Education Pre‑sale and Market Expansion Director)
  • Work Type: Full-time

  • Salary:

    • Full‑time: $4,500 – $9,000/month + commission + bonus

    • Part‑time: $40 – $160/hour or high‑yield commissions (flexible schedule)

  • Position & Responsibilities: Curriculum Development, Course Instruction and Client Engagement & Business Development.

    • Provide small‑group & 1‑on‑1 coaching.

    • Coach students for DSA or international competitions (e.g. WRO, NRC, URC, FLL, DJI Robomaster Youth Championship, etc.)

    • Customize instructional content based on student learning styles and skill levels, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.

    • Client Engagement & Business Development: Engage with clients in Singapore through demonstrations and presentations of our curriculum; participate in local tender and bidding processes; maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure our programs remain innovative, aligned with DSA requirements, and competitive in international events.

    • Assist with other operational tasks as required in a dynamic startup environment.

    • Good at communication with customers.

    • Fluently English; can communicate in Mandarin.

4. Marketing & Sales Specialist/ Director
  • Work Type: Full-time / Part-Time

  • Salary:

    • Full-time: $4,500 – $9,000/month + high‑yield commission + bonus

    • Part‑time: high‑yield commission (flexible schedule)

  • Position & Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Business Development.

    • Develop branding & student recruitment campaigns.

    • Build partnerships with schools & communities.

    • Organize workshops & open classes.

    • Assist with other operational tasks as required in a dynamic startup environment.

  • We hope you have:

    • 1‑2+ years in marketing/sales, preferably in education.

    • Experience in digital marketing & partnership building.

    • Self‑driven and results‑oriented. Strong sense of responsibility, with a commitment to excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

    • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Candidates with a portable client base are preferred.
