A technology support company in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on IT assistance in a professional client environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up video conferences, and maintaining IT equipment records. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping people with their tech. In this role, you will be working onsite at our client’s office, supporting their day-to-day IT needs and making sure hybrid meetings and events run smoothly.
It is a hands-on role where no two days are quite the same — one moment you could be setting up a Teams Room for a townhall, and the next you are helping a colleague get their laptop back up and running. You will also take care of equipment setup, manage IT assets, and make sure everything is well-documented and organized.
