About You And This Role

In this role, you will ensure that all as the IMEAT Market Development professional for Dow Coating Materials, you will spearhead the regional strategy for architectural and industrial coatings in the Middle East, Turkey, and India. You'll localize and execute market strategies, drive innovation and opportunity management, explore emerging industry trends and hunt for new opportunities. Leading a cross-functional Market Implementation Team (MIT), you'll collaborate across functions like marketing, sales, product management, and TS&D to fuel regional growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement regional market development plans aligned with commercial and innovation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, TS&D, R&D, and product management—to drive execution and pipeline development.
• Identify and manage growth opportunities with both existing and new customers, enhancing lead generation.
• Gather and apply market intelligence to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, including digital tools, physical promotions, and communication plans.
• Build strategic partnerships and customer relationships to influence demand and promote Dow’s technology and solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/ Technical undergraduate degree
• Fluent English (strong communication skills)
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Over 5 years of coatings industry experience
• Motivated, network-savvy, and strong communicator

• Relocation is not available for this position.
