A hospitality firm in Jeddah is seeking a Service Associate (Waiter/Waitress) to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure smooth operations in the restaurant. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Candidates should exhibit strong customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential for providing a welcoming dining experience.
Dreamland Jeddah. Paradise Hotel, Jeddah will be housed in a popular development with a 220-room resort and serviced homes in Jeddah, the second-largest city in Saudi Arabia. The hotel will feature four restaurants, function areas amounting to 2,118 square meters, a deluxe medspa and fitness locations, a swimming pool, a youngsters' club, as well as numerous lounges.
Under the instructions of the restaurant in-charge, the Service Associate – steward/waitress is in charge of mise-in-place, service, cashiering as well as maximization of guest satisfaction in the outlets. Upon guest arrival, immediately greets/welcomes visitors to the outlet. Ushers visitor to the appropriate table. Takes guests\' orders, making suggestions when required. Makes certain personal expertise of menu items by going to product understanding sessions and examining product updates, consisting of, if possible, the way of prep work for every menu item.
