Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately mount screens in the specified sequence on the automatic screen-printing machine.
- Prepare and load printing paste into the machine's automatic feed pan.
- Configure machine settings, including speed, swing, and pressure, to optimize print quality for various textile types and designs.
- Initiate machine operation and conveyor belt to process textile articles.
- Conduct regular inspections of printed articles to identify and address any color misalignment or defects.
- Make necessary adjustments to screen positioning to ensure accurate color placement within the design.
- Remove foreign matter from screens to prevent irregularities in printing paste flow.
- Address any screen leaks by applying tape to the coated portion.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain machine efficiency and longevity.
- Strictly follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
