Overview of the Role:

The Key Account Manager sits within the Heavy Equipment Sales team under FAMCO. The role engages customers to promote, present and sell heavy equipment solutions that meet client requirements and align with business objectives. It focuses on developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities and coordinating with Product and Regional Sales Managers to deliver tailored equipment packages and after‑sales solutions that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Heavy Equipment units and related solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager to set, monitor and deliver sales objectives by product line and territory.
  • Prepare accurate weekly sales forecasts, pipeline reports and margin analysis for management review.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, taking proactive corrective measures to ensure target achievement.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively through SAP and CRM tools, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Maintain a robust sales funnel and ensure forecast accuracy with month‑end variances within acceptable limits.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
  • Ensure all customer interactions, proposals and agreements comply with company policies and ethical standards.

You will be part of the Heavy Equipment Sales Team, reporting to the Sales Manager. What Equips You for the Role:
