تبحث شركة رائدة في الشمسية في منطقة مكة المكرمة، جدة، عن مشرف إنتاج ورشة للإشراف على العمليات وضمان إنتاج آمن وفعال عالي الجودة. سيكون المسؤول عن تنظيم العمل وتوزيع المهام والتأكد من جودة الإنتاج وفقًا للمعايير.

Qualifications

• خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الإشراف على الإنتاج في صناعة التصنيع.
• معرفة في عمليات اللحام والقطع والتغليف والطلاء.
• قدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.

Responsibilities

• تنظيم والإشراف على أنشطة الإنتاج اليومية في الورشة.
• التأكد من أن الإنتاج يلبي الجدول والجودة.
• تطبيق إجراءات التصحيح والتقليل من العيوب.

Job description

Basic Information

• Position Title: Workshop Production Supervisor
• Department: Production Department
• Reporting to: Production Manager / Plant General Manager
• Location: Chinese-invested PV Tracking Structure Factory in Saudi Arabia

Position Objective

Supervise workshop operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of PV tracking structures. Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve production targets while complying with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Organize and supervise daily production activities in the workshop.
• Ensure production output meets schedule, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Allocate tasks and manage workforce effectively.

Quality & Process Control

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Work closely with the Quality Department to resolve product quality issues.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce defects.

Equipment & Materials Coordination

• Ensure proper use of machines and tools in the workshop.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor raw material and component usage to reduce waste.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce EHS regulations and ensure safe working practices.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Support compliance with Saudi labor laws and factory safety policies.

Team Leadership & Training

• Supervise operators and technicians, ensuring discipline and teamwork.
• Train new workers and enhance skill levels of the team.
• Motivate staff to achieve performance goals.

Reporting

• Submit daily and weekly production reports.
• Report abnormalities, production delays, and improvement suggestions to management.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of production supervision experience in manufacturing industry (preferably steel structures, solar products, or related).
• Familiarity with welding, cutting, galvanizing, coating, and assembly processes is an advantage.

Skills

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and production efficiency tools.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in English communication; Chinese/Arabic is a plus.
