Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures using various welding techniques. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our welding projects.

• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques to join metal components and structures
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols to understand project requirements
• Set up welding equipment, select appropriate materials, and adjust welding parameters for optimal results
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
• Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment and tools
• Adapt to the local work environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Qualifications

• Must be a Saudi National
• Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Welder in industrial settings
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures and regulations
• Excellent physical dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Vocational training or certification in welding
• Valid welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME)
• Familiarity with industrial welding standards and practices
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on producing high‑quality welds
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines
• Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain a tidy work area
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to the local work environment
• Effective communication skills in English
