Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in O&M, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience in ZLD plant operation.
• Capable of developing performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operation and maintenance of WWTP, ETP, UF, RO, and ZLD systems.
• Ensure equipment availability and compliance with safety performance goals.
• Prepare SOPs and train site teams.
