Job Purpose

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise staff and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and ERP/WMS systems.
  • Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HSE standards.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and report KPIs (accuracy, productivity, efficiency).
  • Implement process improvements to optimize space utilization and workflow.
  • Monitor usage and maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and scanners.
  • Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (supervisory experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory systems, and ERP/WMS software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and improve processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts when needed.
