Apt Resources is seeking a Warehouse Officer to join our client’s team in the power generators and industrial machinery sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and proven experience in managing stores, inventory, and spare parts to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching generators and spare parts.
  • Maintain accurate stock records, ensuring proper tracking and timely replenishment of inventory.
  • Implement and monitor warehouse procedures to optimize storage space, minimize losses, and ensure product quality.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and service teams to align warehouse activities with business needs.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably within power generators, industrial machinery, or spare parts industries.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, and ERP/WMS systems.
