*Warehouse Officer (Supervisory Role)*

  • Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective stock management and regular cycle counts.
  • Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety, quality, and company standards.
  • Coordinate with Production and Logistics teams for timely order fulfillment and material movements.
  • Lead warehouse staff, provide training, and monitor performance to achieve departmental targets.
  • Oversee proper documentation and ERP transactions related to inbound and outbound goods.
  • Ensure equipment, forklifts, and storage areas are well-maintained and operational.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and space utilization.
  • Prepare periodic reports on inventory accuracy, dispatch performance, and warehouse KPIs.
  • Enforce 5S and safety practices across all warehouse operations.
Skills
  • Diploma/Bachelor in Supply Chain, Logistics, or any related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP or Microsoft Dynamics).
