Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth across all business units.
- Lead, mentor, and oversee nationwide sales teams, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and target achievement.
- Identify new business opportunities, expansion markets, and partnership channels to enhance market penetration.
- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Sales, Sales Director, or VP Sales — ideally within retail, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or fashion sectors.
- Strong track record of leading large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi retail landscape, customer behavior, and competitive trends.
