Leverage your commercial leadership and strategic sales expertise to join a fast-growing retail organization in the beauty and personal care sector. As the Vice President of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping the company’s revenue strategy, expanding market presence, and driving sustainable growth across all sales channels — including retail stores, e-commerce, modern trade, and B2B partnerships. You will lead high-performing sales teams, optimize commercial performance, and ensure operational excellence aligned with the company’s long‑term vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that drives revenue growth across all business units.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee nationwide sales teams, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and target achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities, expansion markets, and partnership channels to enhance market penetration.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key partners, distributors, and major accounts to secure long‑term contracts and improve profitability.
  • Monitor key sales KPIs, market indicators, and competitive activities, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive the implementation of sales systems, CRM tools, and performance dashboards to enhance sales visibility and process efficiency.
  • Ensure high standards of customer experience and commercial execution across the full retail network.
  • Lead pricing, promotion, and product‑mix strategies to maximize revenue and margin growth.
  • Contribute to organizational transformation initiatives that support scalability and future expansion, including international or multi‑channel growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and best‑practice commercial governance.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 12–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Sales, Sales Director, or VP Sales — ideally within retail, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or fashion sectors.
  • Strong track record of leading large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi retail landscape, customer behavior, and competitive trends.
  • Experience managing multi‑channel sales operations (retail, e‑commerce, wholesale, B2B, modern trade).
  • Strong analytical skills: forecasting, sales modeling, commercial planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and negotiate high‑value commercial agreements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales reporting tools, and ERP systems.
  • High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational excellence.
