Job Summary
The Staff Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care across various departments including OPD, Ward, ICU, ER, OT, and Specialty Units, in compliance with hospital policies and Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care including assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and documentation.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and report abnormalities promptly.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
- Clinical & Operational Duties: Follow nursing care plans and hospital clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently and provide first-line care.
- Ensure infection control practices and proper waste management.
- Communication & Support: Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid Nursing License from home country.
- Saudi Prometric & Dataflow completed or willing to complete.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hospital experience.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

OT Technician (Operation Theatre Technician)

Job Summary
The OT Technician will assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff in the operation theatre by preparing instruments, maintaining sterile environments, and ensuring smooth execution of surgical procedures in compliance with Saudi healthcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operation Theatre Support: Prepare OT equipment, instruments, and surgical supplies before procedures.
- Assist surgeons and nurses during operations as required.
- Ensure proper handling, cleaning, sterilization, and storage of surgical instruments.
- Sterilization & Safety: Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
- Ensure OT cleanliness and readiness for all procedures.
- Handle biomedical waste according to hospital policy.
- Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain OT equipment including lights, tables, suction machines, monitors, and anesthesia accessories.
- Report equipment malfunction and coordinate repairs.
- Documentation & Coordination: Maintain OT records, instrument counts, and procedure logs.
- Coordinate with CSSD and nursing staff for instrument availability.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in OT Technology / Operation Theatre Technology.
- Valid license or certification from home country.
- Saudi Prometric & Dataflow preferred or willingness to complete.
- Minimum 1–3 years of OT experience in a hospital setting.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols.
