KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Key Accountability Areas Key Activities

  • Quality Assurance
  • Drive the quality assurance framework and ensure internal standards and controls across SANS departments are aligned to the same
  • Coordinate development and implementation of QMS with all SANS departments
  • Conduct quality audits along with the team to assess achievement of the quality and service level standards set Compliance Supervision and Control
  • Conduct system audits and provide recommendations
  • Monitor KPIs and compliance to international and GACA standards Document Management
  • Organize & maintain documents, both digital and hard copies, ensuring all SANS quality-controlled files are accessible, and secure.
  • Create, revise, and distribute controlled documents such as policies, procedures, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure the timely flow and approval of documents.
  • Track and manage document version control, ensuring only the latest revisions are available and obsolete versions are archived or destroyed. Policies, Processes and Procedures
  • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
