Job description
Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing RFQs, tenders, and NUPCO Marketplace orders, ensuring accurate submissions, stock availability, and timely fulfillment. This role supports revenue growth and operational efficiency by securing opportunities and enabling informed decision-making through effective coordination and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring Etimad Portal, NUPCO SRM portal and Marketplace (NUPCO Portal).
  • Communicate with customers and sales team.
  • Follow up with the sales team, customers, and Marketplace Team.
  • Studying and summarizing order conditions and management of the order confirmation.
  • Monitoring Marketplace management to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.
  • Analyze the order status and conditions and coordinate with the supply chain and sales team to fulfil on time delivery and customer satisfaction as well.
  • Ability to do statistics related to Marketplace orders awarded (provide monthly statistical report).
  • Perform any other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title/position.

Purchase Orders Distribution to sales Business unit.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
