Responsible for

• Developing, managing, and maintaining the company’s entire technical ecosystem, including the website, mobile application, internal systems, and infrastructure.
• The role involves hands‑on coding, server management, system optimization, and ensuring data security and operational efficiency.
• Develop and build the company’s technical systems and code (website, mobile application, and internal system).
• Manage, operate, and maintain servers and databases, ensuring their stability and performance.
• Implement technical solutions to improve performance and streamline operational processes.
• Oversee technical support and resolve daily technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Supervise integration and connectivity processes with external systems and platforms.
• Prepare and update technical documentation and user guides for company systems.
• Maintain information and data security by establishing and enforcing appropriate protection policies.
• Propose plans for improving the existing technical infrastructure and systems.
• Regularly test and update systems and applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with top management to identify future technical requirements.
• Manage accounts for technical services such as hosting, email, cloud systems, and APIs.
