Co-op Opportunity | Technical Developer & Application Support Intern

Location: Jeddah

Duration: 6 months

Type: Cooperative Training (Full-time)

We’re looking for a Co-op Intern to support our business applications and contribute to technical development tasks. The role combines Application Support (L1/L2) with hands‑on development to help improve system performance, resolve user issues, and deliver small enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
Application Support (L1/L2)
  • Handle user tickets via the service desk system, troubleshoot issues, and resolve within SLA.
  • Support users with access, roles/permissions, and common application errors.
  • Collect evidence (steps to reproduce, screenshots, logs) and elevate complex cases with clear notes.
  • Assist with UAT, verify fixes after updates, and support post‑deployment monitoring.
  • Document recurring issues and create a simple knowledge base/FAQs.
Technical Development
  • Develop small enhancements and fixes based on business requirements.
  • Support integrations (APIs/file exchanges) and basic troubleshooting for integration failures.
  • Assist with reporting and data tasks (queries, extracts, validations) as needed.
  • Follow change management and maintain clear technical documentation.
Requirements
  • Currently a student in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python / Java / .NET / JavaScript).
  • Good understanding of databases and SQL fundamentals.
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and take ownership of tasks.
Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Odoo or similar).
  • Familiarity with APIs and tools like Postman.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / Excel reporting.
