As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting educators and enhancing the learning environment for students. Your contribution will be essential in fostering student engagement and helping to create a productive classroom atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing effective lesson plans
  • Support students in their learning activities, both individually and in groups
  • Supervise students during class activities, recess, and transitions
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources as directed by the teacher
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the teacher
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Uphold school policies and ensure a positive learning experience for all students
Qualifications
