Job Description
The Talent Attraction Specialist collaborates with the Talent Attraction Team, Regional Talent Acquisition Team, Shared Service, HRBPs, and other regional HR members to develop a sustainable and engaging employer brand proposition and attraction strategy for the Middle East region. The role involves managing backend administration (careers site, social media strategy and channels) and assisting with careers fairs. Additionally, the specialist will help develop the careers attraction strategy and contribute to elements of the experienced hire strategy (LVP, umbrella advertising campaigns). The role also requires involvement in other talent attraction projects and key campaigns.
