About the Search

Halian Executive Search is partnering exclusively with a market-leading, high-growth technology company in Saudi Arabia. Following a significant Series B investment, our client is executing an ambitious growth strategy to dominate a new market segment. They are a profitable, established leader in their core market with a powerful platform and a clear vision for expansion.

The Opportunity

This is a greenfield, build-from-scratch opportunity for an SVP of Revenue. You will be tasked with launching and scaling our client’s enterprise and private sector business in Saudi Arabia—a vast, untapped market for them. This is not a role for someone who maintains an existing engine; it is for a builder who can design the blueprint, assemble the team, and lead the charge.

Your mandate is to create a new revenue pillar: define the GTM strategy, build and lead the entire sales organization, and establish market dominance in the enterprise segment. You will have the resources and backing to build your own legacy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Architecture: Design and execute the complete go-to-market strategy for the enterprise segment, from SMB to large-scale corporations.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales organization, scaling to a target of approximately 60 professionals.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own the P&L for this new vertical, including pipeline generation, revenue targets, and ultimate growth accountability.
  • Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach—setting strategy, coaching teams, and personally leading strategic, flagship deals with top-tier accounts.
  • Cross-functional Execution: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Enablement to launch a unified and powerful market offensive.
Who We Are Looking For

We seek an entrepreneurial sales leader with a proven track record of building, not just managing. You are motivated by equity, impact, and the challenge of creating something significant.

Essential Experience & Mindset
  • Proven Scale-up Experience: A background as a senior revenue leader (VP/SVP) who has built and scaled an enterprise sales function in a B2B SaaS company, preferably in a CX, MarTech, or enterprise software scale-up. Experience from large corporate IT firms is not the right fit.
  • Builder's Track Record: Demonstrable experience in hiring, enabling, and leading large (50+), high-performance sales teams through complex, multi-cycle deals ($50k-$5M+).
  • Market Understanding: Deep familiarity with the Saudi enterprise landscape is highly preferred. We will consider exceptional candidates from the wider MENA region who are fluent in Arabic and have sold complex solutions into KSA.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive: A mindset oriented toward long-term equity value creation, resourcefulness, and the grit required to establish a new business line.
  • Must be willing to be based in or relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for this leadership role.
