A leading design and project management firm in Jeddah seeks a skilled Structural/Civil Engineer. The ideal candidate will have over 20 years of experience in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, including mandatory consultancy experience. Our newest opportunity is for a talented Structural/Civil Engineer to join our client in Jeddah.
The Structural / Civil Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery, coordination, and quality of all structural and civil engineering aspects, ensuring compliance with project standards, authority requirements, and best engineering practice.
Lead and manage all structural and civil engineering activities under the PMC scope of services.
Oversee the review and coordination of structural and civil designs for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use buildings, as well as associated civil works.
Ensure effective integration between structural, civil, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure designs.
Manage and review design submissions, technical reports, calculations, and specifications in line with project requirements.
Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and specialist engineers to ensure technical compliance and constructability.
Liaise with local authorities and relevant stakeholders to support approvals and regulatory compliance.
Monitor technical risks, quality, and interface issues, proactively resolving challenges related to waterfront and coastal conditions where applicable.
Support site activities during construction by addressing technical queries and ensuring adherence to approved designs.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to structural and civil engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 20+ years of professional experience, with extensive involvement in large-scale residential and mixed-use developments.
Mandatory consultancy experience, preferably in a PMC or design management role.
Proven experience delivering structural and civil works for residential and mixed-use developments.
Experience in waterfront or coastal developments is highly desirable, including exposure to marine conditions, ground conditions, or related technical challenges.
Strong technical knowledge, coordination skills, and stakeholder management capabilities.
