Qualifications

• 12+ years total experience in Finance.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role leading finance teams.
• Experience in Agri, Manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-division business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial operations of the Agri Business Divisions.
• Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
