Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of campus infrastructure systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, lighting, water supply, and compressed air systems.
  • Respond to facility-related issues promptly and coordinate internal and external resources for timely resolution.
  • Track energy usage across the campus, analyze consumption trends, and implement energy-saving measures.
  • Participate in facility improvement projects, including planning, design, construction supervision, and final acceptance.
  • Ensure all facility systems comply with local safety regulations and environmental standards; support audits and corrective actions.
  • Work closely with production, equipment, and EHS teams to support manufacturing operations and ensure facility readiness.
What you should have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Experience : 2+ years of experience in facility engineering or maintenance in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems, HVAC, and utility infrastructure.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English.
