Overview

The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist is responsible for the proactive and strategic sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of high-quality skilled technicians and professional staff for the Zamil Offshore and its divisions, utilizing a variety of mediums including recruitment websites, job boards, and social media.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source, attract, recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality skilled technicians and professional staff for Zamil Offshore and its divisions using recruitment websites, job boards, and social media.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, and Industrial Psychology.
Experience
  • At least five (8) years of relevant experience as a Recruiter.
Job Specific Skills
  • CIPD, SHRM Certification
  • Certified – CEB SHL Occupational Testing (Level A)
  • Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) experience.
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of HR-related software applications (Oracle HRIS, Oracle Taleo or any other ATS)
  • Advanced Interviewing Skills
