Job summary

A leading global energy services company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Plant Manager for their chemical manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will oversee safe operations, manage the plant budget, and develop the site leadership team while building strong relationships with customers. A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering along with significant production and supervisory experience is required for this role.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of direct supervisory experience.

Job Duties

Under broad direction the successful candidates will :

• leads and directs the safe and environmentally compliant operation of the chemical manufacturing plant.
• Oversees and is accountable for meeting the plant budget, developing and executing plant goals, managing and developing the site leadership team.
• The Plant Manager is expected to interface with the site's customers to build relationships and assure a strong customer focus down through the plant organization.

Qualifications

Skills are typically acquired through a minimum of 10 years of progressive production experience in a chemical manufacturing or batch processing environment and 5 years of direct supervisory experience. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Engineering is required.
