If you thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, enjoy turning data into action, and believe teamwork makes everything better, this could be your next great move.

You’ll:

  • Lead and inspire the entire Maintenance Department, including supervisors, technicians, planners, and buyers
  • Own the maintenance budget and deliver results aligned with business goals
  • Drive downtime reduction using data, metrics, and smart preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Be hands‑on when it matters most, especially during critical start‑ups
  • Build and execute annual equipment rebuild and capital improvement plans
  • Champion safety programs, including LOTO, electrical safety, confined space, and fall protection
  • Oversee CMMS utilization for asset management, work orders, labor tracking, and spare parts inventory
  • Partner closely with Reliability, Automation, and Facilities teams to solve problems and improve performance
  • Lead 5S efforts to keep shops and parts cribs clean, organized, and audit‑ready
  • Develop training programs that grow mechanic skills and set new hires up for success
  • Use root cause analysis to eliminate repeat failures permanently
  • Set the tone for continuous improvement, accountability, and teamwork across all shifts
