Raffles The Red Sea in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxury resort team. In this role, you will support the Spa & Wellness Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our world‑class spa facilities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service.

  • Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the spa and wellness facilities
  • Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Supervise and train spa staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to brand standards
  • Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of spa equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff
  • Assist in managing the spa’s budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying cost‑saving opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative spa treatments and wellness programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in spa and wellness management or related field, preferably in luxury hospitality settings
  • Proven track record in team leadership, staff training, and performance managementStrong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness trends
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue management
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the spa industry
  • Spa management certification preferred
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to speak Arabic is a plus
